Krystal and Peter had a fairy tale wedding ceremony in the Helen Mayo Park today. The setting was natural, the day perfect weather, and the bride is a natural beauty. The decorations were also very natural, ethereal in their simplicity and colour. Everyone was so happy, and all went well. I’ve known Krystal since she was a little girl, and she has grown into a warm, loving woman. Her mum was so proud of her. Wishing them much happiness.

FRIDAY EVENING 16TH APRIL SUE AND JODIE MARRIED
These 2 amazing women put together a wonderful, big, happy party to celebrate their marriage at the home of long term family friends.
The atmosphere was so relaxed, and everyone was ready to party late into the evening, once formalities were done – that is the wedding ceremony! That went off well, with lots of interjections, laughing and applause throughout. My Roadie, who is nearly 17 years old now has known Sue since he was a wee toddler. He called her Snoozie, and that stuck a bit – Snooz Suzi, Susan, and so on. We were entertained by a fantastic singer Tahlia with “Hallelujah” during the signing of Register.
Wishing Snooz and Jodie a wonderful long life together.

24TH APRIL 2021 AT SINCLAIR GULLY WINERY NORTON SUMMIT
The marriage of Jacob and Shanice was beautiful, set in natural surroundings at Sinclair Gully Winery. Their attention to detail and the amazing decorations made by groomsman Billy were among the best I have seen.
This was no ordinary wedding for me. I’ve known Jacob as twin of Thomas since they were born, tiny fragile little babies. Look at them now! I taught their mother Anita when she was 14 years of age at Thorndon High School, and we’ve stayed connected ever since. They are a beautiful loving family, very close with grandparents, aunties,uncles and cousins present, along with Shanice’s family. Many friends shared the beautiful day. It didn’t go without emotions being shown, and so much love!
For me it was like conducting the marriage of my grandson! Very special indeed, a heartfelt memory to cherish. Love and happiness to Jacob and Shanice forever.
Of course we must acknowledge the groomsman Hurley, resplendent in bow tie, freshly groomed, and looking so handsome. He sort of stole the show!

PROSPECT RESERVE ESTATE
Dani and Chris had a fun wedding at the hidden venue – Prospect Reserve Estate. A little gem, with waterfalls and beautiful natural surroundings.
Their children were present, enjoying the day. They wrote their own romantic vows, and were surrounded by loving family and friends. They then headed home to a luncheon celebration.
My Roadie looking very professional posing on the waterfall rocks. It is a beautiful quiet little spot. He loved the cars the bride and groom used. A lovely day!

MADELEINE AND MATTHEW
CARCLEW HOUSE
Maddie and Matt’s wedding celebration was special for me as Maddie’s mother, Tania, is a friend of mine. It made the planning meetings more personal, and added an extra touch of care.
The venue was absolutely beautiful – they had caterers come in and serve the meal in a marquee.
Madeleine was a beautiful, natural \Bride, just glowing – and Matthew a very handsome Groom. Their parents were very proud of both. The weather was perfect for a garden wedding, and guests dressed for the occasion. Immediately the couple were presented, the champagne flowed and waiters shared platters of yummy starters. With Italian background the food was planned to be spectacular.
Maddie’s mother is a friend of mine, so we had to have a photograph together. She looked beautiful in a flowing dress, with a fresh pink rose, most appropriate for a garden wedding.
It was such a joyous, occasion which flowed beautifully. Wishing this beautiful couple a long and happy life together.
